What passes are available?

There is a Conference Pass available for Mobile 360 – Security for 5G. Each pass includes access to the full slate of activities presented at Mobile 360 – Security for 5G. This includes access to all conference sessions, workshop seminars, in-depth case studies, daily lunches, start-up showcase, and networking breaks throughout the event. What credit cards do you accept?

We accept payment by American Express, Visa and MasterCard only.

What currencies do you accept?

Payment will be accepted in Euro only. Payment can be made by Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard).

Can I pay by Bank / Wire Transfer?

No, there is no facility to pay by Bank / Wire Transfer. Contact the Registration Team if you having problems with your payment.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

Yes. The minimum age for an attendee is strictly 18 or over. Any requests for visitors under the age of 18 must be put in writing to the Registration Team and approved by the GSMA. Attendees under the age of 18 will not be able to enter the event without GSMA’s prior written approval.

What is the cancellation policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations, as well as ‘no shows’, will be liable for the FULL registration fee. No refunds shall be given. Cancellation of travel reservation and hotel reservation are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

How do I obtain a Visa Invitation letter from GSMA?

If you require a Visa and need a letter from GSMA to support your Visa application, please contact the Registration Team. Enter “Visa Application Letter Mobile 360 – Security for 5G” in the subject line of the email, and you will receive an update after your request has been received.

How can I make a substitution (replace my registration with another person)?

Substitutions between attendees from the same company and at the same invoice address may be made by providing the GSMA with written notice of the name of the original attendee and full details of the substitute attendee.

To arrange a substitution, please e-mail full details to the Registration Team. Please place “Pass Substitution Mobile 360 – Security for 5G” in the subject line of the e-mail. Please note that this might take a few days to complete.

Once a badge has been issued onsite, substitutions are no longer allowed.
