Sponsor Logos

Sponsor logos are applied to various printed and digital platforms. To ensure the best possible display, we ask all sponsors to submit the following logo formats and URL links.

Please send directly to Serena Parker sparker@gsma.com:

  • Vector format logo: High-quality scalable file examples: EPS, AI, PDF, TIFF; High-resolution (300dpi)
  • JPEG or PNG logo file (in high resolution)
  • URL: The link you wish to direct visitors to from your logo on the event website

Registration

The GSMA Registration Team will be in touch with instructions on how to complete registration using your pre-approved code.

Badge Collection

Please arrive with a copy of your Final Confirmation email and photo ID (passport or national ID card) and bring to the Badge Collection Desk located in the Ritz-Carlton Dubai.

You will need to check-in at the Badge Collection Desk.

Please note:

  • Please ensure that any items that are sent to the venue are labelled with your company name so that they can be easily recognised.
  • Please contact Serena Parker sparker@gsma.com and inform her of the material that you will be sending to the venue and the number of boxes.
  • Due to limited storage space, the venue will only be able to accept the deliveries from 20 November 2019.
  • The hotel and GSMA are not responsible for loss or damage of any stored items.
  • The hotel has the right to refuse storage of items in case security checks will categorize them as perishable, high risk, illegal etc.
  • All deliveries should be done between 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday
  • The venue is unable to sign for the delivery of items
  • All items must be collected within 2 days after the event
  • Your company has to bear all shipping costs and any costs incurred from customs clearance. It is your company’s responsibility to follow all necessary procedures in order to clear customs.

Invite your MNO Customers

Mobile Network Operators (GSMA Full Members) are eligible to receive a complimentary pass to attend this event. We encourage you to invite your MNO clients to attend by contacting the Registration Team using their business email address for instructions on how to obtain their complimentary pass.

50% on additional passes

As part of your sponsorship, you are eligible to receive additional passes to attend Mobile 360 – MENA at a 50% discount. Please contact Simon Hayman (shayman@gsma.com) for details on how to receive the code.

Sponsor Pod Allocation: 1
Sponsor Pod Artwork Submission Deadline: 5 November 2019

Your sponsor pod inlcudes a branded back wall, a branded counter, and a 42 plasma screen.

Build-up

Sponsors are allowed 1.5 hrs set up on 25 November from 16:30-18:00

Breakdown

Sponsors may remove their collateral after the final networking break on the last day of the event only if it can be carried from the event space by a single person.

Artwork Specification

  • Print ready files should be in an illustrator (.ai) format and dimensions should be as per the image above.
  • We require one print ready file for the back wall and another file for the storage unit.
  • The Resolution to be 300 DPI for artwork
  • 5cm bleed is required

    Electrics, AV and Internet

    Each sponsor pod and stand are provided with a single electricity socket and basic Wi-Fi. Additional electricity and internet connection can be purchased. Please contact Serena Parker (sparker@gsma.com) for more information.

    Space-only stands

    Build-up

    Space only stands: 25 November from 07:00 until 18:00

    Please note the GSMA team onsite will need sign off all stand builds to comply with Health & Safety Regulations.

    Breakdown

    Contractors may access the event space from 17:45 until 21:00 on 27 November 2019 to dismantle their stands.

    Sponsor Space Allocation: Please see your contract for your space allocation.
    Wall Height: Total height of the stand must be 3m. This includes the platform if your back wall does not sit on the floor.
    Stand Approval Deadline Pre-event: 4 November 2019 – please submit renders and technical drawings for GSMA approval. These are to be sent to Serena Parker at sparker@gsma.com

    Please Note:
    It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure that stand dimensions, location, and orientation of their stand are in accordance with those of the space booked, and to ensure that stand construction satisfies all relevant regional Health & Safety Legislation.

    You are required to use your own contractor to erect your stand. It is your responsibility to advise them of the need to keep the adjacent stands and aisles clean. Backs of stands facing onto other exhibitors’ stands, or onto the aisle(s), must be properly finished to a standard acceptable to the organisers. Other stands backing onto them may be of a different height.

Lounge Sponsor

Your logo will be used on a number of different branding pieces around the Media lounge. The branding pieces and their quantity will be determined by GSMA. Artwork proofs of the branding pieces can be provided upon request.

Registration Sponsorship

Your logo will be prominently displayed on the registration signage for the event. Please ensure you have submitted your company logo to Serena Parker (sparker@gsma.com).
