The Latin American Congress on Digital Transformation (CLTD) is the meeting point for the leaders of the region’s digital regulatory scene. Government authorities, companies and academics embark on in-depth discussions about the policy challenges and opportunities in new technologies, connectivity, and innovation. CLTD is an annual event organised by ASIET, CAF, GSMA and, in 2022, the Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT). This upcoming ninth edition will take place in Mexico City, in partnership with Mobile 360 Latin America.
