What passes are available?

A Conference Pass is available for Mobile 360 – Latin America. For further information on prices please visit the Registration page.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept payment by American Express, Visa and MasterCard only.

What currencies do you accept?

Payment will be accepted in US Dollars only. Payment can be made by Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard).

Can I pay by Bank / Wire Transfer?

No, there is no facility to pay by Bank / Wire Transfer. If you are having trouble making payment, please contact the Registration Team for assistance.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

Yes. The minimum age for an attendee is strictly 16 or over. Any requests for visitors under the age of 16 must be put in writing to the Registration Team and approved by the GSMA. Attendees under the age of 16 will not be able to enter the event without GSMA’s prior written approval.

Can I use more than one discount code to purchase a pass?

You may only apply one discount code when purchasing your pass. Once you have completed your purchase, all sales are final.

What is the cancellation policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations, as well as ‘no shows’, will be liable for the FULL registration fee. No refunds shall be given. Cancellation of travel reservation and hotel reservation are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

How do I obtain a Visa Invitation letter from GSMA?

If you require a Visa and need a letter from GSMA to support your Visa application, please contact the Registration Team. Enter “Visa Application Letter Mobile 360 – Latin America” in the subject line of the email, and you will receive an update after your request has been received.

How can I make a substitution (replace my registration with another person)?

Substitutions between attendees from the same company and at the same invoice address may be made by providing the GSMA with written notice of the name of the original attendee and full details of the substitute attendee.

To arrange a substitution, please e-mail full details to the Registration Team. Please place “Pass Substitution Mobile 360 – Latin America” in the subject line of the e-mail. Please note that this might take a few days to complete.

Once a badge has been issued onsite, substitutions are no longer allowed.

Where do I collect my badge?

Please arrive with a valid photo ID (passport/national ID card) and your Final Confirmation in order to collect your badge at the registration desk located inside the Hilton Mexico City Reforma.
