Trust and data in the digital society: Crossing borders - GSMA Mobile 360 Series

Trust and data in the digital society: Crossing borders

Conference

Date & Time

Thursday, 06 Sep

09:30 - 11:00

Description

While governments have to act within national borders, we live in a multinational world. There are strong arguments to protect the data of citizens, especially personal identifiers; however, nobody would want their connected car to stop working at the border, or their goods tracking service to cease. We need a nuanced approach to authentication, identity (of people and devices) and security to enable digital societies to thrive; in this session we bring you voices from the cutting edge.
