Investing in the Next Generation Innovators
Many of the world’s most significant challenges will be solved by the next generation of innovators. With automation eliminating certain jobs and research proving the benefits of having women in leadership positions, there is an even greater need for a highly technical, innovative and diverse workforce, particularly in Latin America. Because encouragement can come from a variety of programs, including STEM education and professional development, who is responsible for identifying successful diversity strategies? How can we work together to support the next generation of innovators opportunities? This session will bring together a diverse group of innovators, who will speak about their individual successes and their vision for our future.
