There is a Conference Pass available for Mobile 360 – Europe 2017. Passes to the event are complimentary however, we reserve the right to cancel any registration in our sole discretion.
Yes. The minimum age for an attendee is strictly 18 or over. Any requests for visitors under the age of 18 must be put in writing to the Registration Team and approved by the GSMA. Attendees under the age of 18 will not be able to enter the event without GSMA’s prior written approval.
If you require a Visa and need a letter to support your Visa application, please contact the Registration Team. Enter “Visa Application Letter M360 – Europe” in the subject line of the email, and you will receive an update after your request has been received.
Because GSMA Ltd. is a U.S. incorporated company, it is obliged to comply with trade sanctions that are imposed by the U.S. government. Those trade sanctions prohibit GSMA Ltd. from issuing a visa invitation letter to delegates from sanctioned countries.
Substitutions between attendees from the same company and at the same invoice address may be made by providing the GSMA with written notice of the name of the original attendee and full details of the substitute attendee.
To arrange a substitution, please e-mail full details to the Registration Team. Please place “Pass Substitution M360 Europe” in the subject line of the e-mail. Please note that this might take a few days to complete.
Once a badge has been issued onsite, substitutions are no longer allowed.
Please arrive with a copy of your Final Confirmation email and photo ID to the Badge Collection Desk, locate at the International Press Centre by Residence Palace, Brussels, Belgium.
