What passes are available?

VIP Passes are available for Mobile 360 Eurasia at $750 USD

What currencies do you accept?

We only accept US Dollars. Payment can be made by Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard).

Can I pay by Bank / Wire Transfer?

No, there is no facility to pay by Bank / Wire Transfer. If you are having trouble making payment, please contact the Registration Team for assistance.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

Yes. The minimum age for an attendee is strictly 16 or over. Any requests for visitors under the age of 16 must be made in writing to the Registration Team and approved by the GSMA. Attendees under the age of 16 will not be able to enter the event without GSMA’s prior written approval.

Can I use more than one discount code to purchase a pass?

You may only apply one discount code when purchasing your pass. Once you have completed your purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. To find out more, read What is the cancellation policy? below.

Can I purchase more than one pass?

You can purchase more than one pass during registration. Once payment is complete, you can assign the pass to yourself, or you can email the registration code to your colleagues or friends.

Can I have a copy of my invoice?

You will be able to download your copy from your registration account.

What is the cancellation policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations, as well as ‘no shows’, will be liable for the FULL registration fee. No refunds shall be given. Cancellation of travel reservation and hotel reservation are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

How can I make a substitution (replace my registration with another person)?

Substitutions between attendees from the same company and at the same invoice address can be made by providing the GSMA with written notice of the name of the original attendee and full details of the substitute attendee.

To arrange a substitution, please e-mail full details to the Registration Team. Please place “Pass Substitution M360 Eurasia” in the subject line of the e-mail. Please note that this might take a few days to complete.

Once a badge has been issued onsite, substitutions are no longer allowed.

How do I obtain a Visa Invitation letter from GSMA?

Before purchasing your pass we kindly ask that those who are travelling internationally should note that entry to the territory of the Russian Federation is restricted until further notice. A list of countries with which the Russian Federation has resumed international air service can be found here:

GSMA can provide you with a visa invitation letter for you to submit along with your visa application, should this be required. After registering for the Event, you can sign in at any time to request a visa invitation letter through your Registration Home page. Please note your registration needs to be complete and full payment received before your visa invitation letter will be issued. 

Neither the GSMA nor our registration partner takes responsibility for the issuance of visas. It is the responsibility of attendees to ensure they allow sufficient time for the processing the invitation or visa prior to travel to the event.  

If you do not require a visa, please do not apply for visa support. We will not issue visa invitations to attendees from nations that do not require one. 

Note: 

I have received my visa invitation letter but found some information to be incorrect, what should I do? 

Please send the correct information, a copy of your passport information page, and your Registration ID to Registration Team. 

Where do I collect my badge?

Your badge collection details and QR code will be shown in your Final Confirmation. You will receive this document prior to the event.
