Registering

Is there a Fee for registration? 

There is no fee for M360 Eurasia event passes, this is a free to attend event. Invited attendees and VIPs will register using the codes provided to them. 


Can I register on site?

No. We no longer have registration facilities onsite, and all attendees must be registered before they arrive. 


Can I register for more than one person? 

You can only register in full for your own pass. All attendees MUST log into their account and provide the mandatory personal information required. Attendees will be refused entry to the event if this information has not been provided, and verified before they arrive at the venue. 


Venue Access

All attendees will be required to have a Digital Access Pass. 

ID verification may be performed on arrival at the venue perimeter if required by local authorities in Baku or the Venue. 


What is a Digital
Access Pass 

The Digital Access Pass will replace the printed badge that you would have received at previous events. It contains the same information as a badge and includes a QR code. It will be accessible from the registration system on the “Attendee Reg Home Page” and from the MWC Series App. 

All attendees will need to show their Digital Access Pass on arrival at the Venue. This can be displayed from your MWC Series App or alternatively, a Print at home PDF badge, in colour, can be shown to access the venue perimeter. GSMA and the Venue may or may not offer onsite badge printing facilities.


Visa and Travel

Do I require a visa to enter Azerbaijan? 

As of 11 March 2024, people holding passports from the following countries benefit from a visa-free regime:

  • Republic of Belarus
  • Georgia
  • Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Kyrgyz Republic
  • Republic of Moldova
  • Republic of Uzbekistan
  • Russian Federation
  • Republic of Tajikistan
  • Ukraine

Travelers are advised to apply for their eVisa for Azerbaijan at least 3 days before their expected date of departure.

COVID-19 Related Requirements 

 Please note that foreign nationals over 18 are required to present proof of vaccination for COVID-19 at the border control in Azerbaijan. It is understood that an EU Digital Covid Cert is sufficient for the purposes of proving vaccination.

Passengers who have not been vaccinated must provide proof of immunity to COVID-19 by showing evidence of a positive PCR test (taken more than 14 days and less than 6 months before travel).

Face Masks

There will not be any requirements for face masks at M360 Eurasia. Attendees can, of course, wear face masks if they wish.
