GSMA Mobile 360 – Eurasia celebrated the progress achieved towards the imminent commercial launch of 5G in the region, demonstrating the power of mobile technology to accelerate the digital economy. To make the Digital Economy a reality, the two-day conference addressed the opportunities around 5G, IoT, digital identity, as well as policy and regulations.
The event included an Innovation Showcase, networking initiatives, partner programmes presented by Visa and Huawei, and more.

The Future of Payments in MNO Forum focused on exploring synergetic opportunities to revenue growth and client acquisition/attrition improvement. Since MNOs are becoming increasingly crucial to people’s ability to make payments, we need to adapt to make the most of this growing sector of the digital economy.
The rollout of 5G marks a period of burgeoning innovation in our industry. With more than 30 countries already launching a commercial 5G network globally, Eurasian countries such as Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan have also accelerated 5G investment, starting pilots and pre-commercial projects. 5G enables the ICT industry to begin a new cycle of innovation, becoming the foundation for digital economies and an intelligent world.
Discussions at this year’s CTO Workshop focused on 5G innovations; including global deployments, use cases and network requirements from a diverse range of industries.
Mobile 360 – Eurasia attracted 870 policymakers and regulatory authorities to meet with the region’s ICT industry and other economic sectors impacted by digital transformation to steer the growth of the Digital Economy through 5G.
