Sponsor Logos

Sponsor logos are applied to various printed and digital platforms. To ensure the best possible display, we ask all sponsors to submit the following logo formats and URL links.

Please send directly to Talja Tresguerres:

  • Vector format logo: High-quality scalable file examples: EPS, AI, PDF, TIFF; High-resolution (300dpi)
  • JPEG or PNG logo file (in high resolution)
  • URL: The link you wish to direct visitors to from your logo on the event website


The GSMA Registration Team will be in touch with instructions on how to complete registration using your pre-approved code.

Badge Collection

Please arrive with a copy of your Final Confirmation email and a photo ID (passport or national ID card) to the Badge Collection Desk located inside the JW Marriott Hotel.

You will need to check-in at the Badge Collection Desk.

Please note:

  • Please ensure that any items sent to the venue are labelled with your company name so that they can be easily recognised.
  • Due to limited storage space, the venue will only be able to accept the deliveries from 20 September 2019.
  • The hotel and GSMA are not responsible for loss or damage of any stored items.
  • The hotel has the right to refuse storage of items in case security checks will categorize them as perishable, high risk, illegal etc.
  • All deliveries should be made between 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
  • All items must be collected 2 days after the event.
  • Your company must bear all shipping costs and any costs incurred from customs clearance. It is your company’s responsibility to follow all necessary procedures in order to clear customs.

The success of Mobile 360 – Digital Societies depends on the work you put into making the event a success. Sponsor Pod Artwork Submission Deadline: 6 September 2019


Sponsors may access for 1hr to set up on 23 September from 17:00-18:00


Sponsors may remove their collateral after the final networking break on the last day of the event if a single person can carry it from the event space.

Print-ready format: PDF and AI editable, 300 DPI
+ 50mm bleed
+ outline all text, paths
+ embedded images
+ reference JPEG

One chair will be provided with your pod.

Please submit all artwork as a Ready to print PDF AND Illustrator format, with a reference JPEG.

Electrics, AV and Internet

Each sponsor pod will be provided with:

  • Single electricity socket
  • 1 x 42” Screen
  • Public Wi-Fi available throughout the event

Space-only Stands


Space only stands: 22 September from 20:00 until 23 September 23:59

Sponsor Space Allocation: Please see your contract for your space allocation.

Wall Height: All stand walls are required to be 3m high. Sponsors are asked to ensure the backs of their stands are well finished.

Stand Approval Deadline Pre-event: 6 September 2019 – please submit renders and technical drawings for GSMA approval. Send these to Talja Tresguerres at ttresguerres@gsma.com.


Contractors may access the event space from 18:00 until 23:59 on 26 September 2019 to dismantle their stands.

Electrics, AV and Internet

Each start-up, sponsor pod and stand is provided with a single electricity socket and basic Wi-Fi. Additional electricity and internet connection may be purchased. Please contact Talja Tresguerres for more information.

Please Note:

It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure that stand dimensions, location, and orientation of their stand are in accord with those of the space booked, and to ensure that stand construction satisfy all relevant regional Health & Safety Legislation.

You are required to use your own contractor to erect your stand. It is your responsibility to advise them of the need to keep the adjacent stands and aisles clean. Backs of stands facing onto other exhibitors’ stands, or onto the aisle(s), must be properly finished to a standard acceptable to the organisers.

Networking Lounge

Your logo will be used on a number of different branding pieces around the networking lounge. The branding pieces and their quantity will be determined by GSMA. Artwork proofs of the branding pieces can be provided upon request.

Lanyard Sponsorship

As part of your sponsorship package you are providing branded lanyards for the event.

Please provide 1,200 branded lanyards. These should be delivered to the address below by the 20 September 2019. Please advise Talja Tresguerres when these have been delivered.

Registration Sponsorship
