Digital Societies

What passes are available?

There is a Conference Pass available for Mobile 360 – Digital Societies 2019. Passes to the event are complimentary however we reserve the right to cancel any registration in our sole discretion.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

Yes. The minimum age for an attendee is strictly 18 or over. Any requests for visitors under the age of 18 must be put in writing to the Registration Team and approved by the GSMA. Attendees under the age of 18 will not be able to enter the event without GSMA’s prior written approval.

How do I obtain a Visa Invitation letter?

If you require a Visa and need a letter to support your Visa application, please contact the Registration Team at m360digitalsocieties@gsma.com. Enter “Visa Application Letter M360 – Digital Societies” in the subject line of the email, and you will receive an update after your request has been received.

I can no longer attend the event. Can I give my pass to someone else?

Substitutions between attendees from the same company and at the same invoice address may be made by providing the GSMA with written notice of the name of the original attendee and full details of the substitute attendee.

To arrange a substitution, please email full details to the Registration Team. Please place “Pass Substitution M360 Digital Societies” in the subject line of the email. Please note that this might take a few days to complete. Once a badge has been issued onsite, substitutions are no longer allowed.

How do I collect my badge?

Please arrive with a valid photo ID (passport/national ID card) and your Final Confirmation in order to collect your badge at the registration desk.
