Session Description
Digital transformation is affecting every industry. With changing consumer habits and more people shifting their attention to digital channels, organizations are turning to digital transformation to save costs, increase revenues and improve engagement with customers. While transformation is often a daunting task, it requires leadership and direction from the top to be successful. In the first session Digital Transformation and Leadership, executive speakers will share insights on digital transformation and leadership, with a view on their organizations, as well as how women leaders can facilitate successful digital transformation efforts. Besides hiring women into tech roles, retaining female talent within organizations is of equal importance if we are to close the tech gender gap. Women are still being treated differently in the workplace and it is leading to a huge talent gap in technical teams and leadership positions. In the panel session Diversity for Innovation in The Tech Sector, we will discuss the key actions that CIOs, CTOs and senior tech leaders can take to nurture female talent within their teams and empower the next generation of diverse tech talent. We will also look at the achievable ways that global teams can diversify and build a company culture of inclusion for their workforce of the future. Click here for detail agenda.
