Tuesday 5th October 2021 – Diversity for Tech

Join us Virtually – 15:20 – 16:20 (GMT+8)

Digital touches every aspect of our lives and every individual needs to enhance digital skills in order to stay relevant in the digital world. However, various studies have shown an imbalance in the contribution between men and women in honing digital skills or leading digital initiatives. When it comes to leading digital transformation initiatives, research shows that more diversity leads to better decision-making, leading to better production of innovative products and services. Organizations that empower their people with more relevant skills training create an environment where women can advance more quickly.

“Diversity in Tech” at Mobile 360 APAC will look at the role of women in digital transformation, explore the competencies and talents of women who play a crucial role in digital transformation initiatives across industries. We will also explore how enabling digital technologies for women can create significant economic value, and discuss examples of women thriving in the corporate sector, leading digital transformation initiatives.
